Online payment gateways

With online gateways, the customer pays by card or wallet and the balance is added instantly, with no receipts and no manual approval.

Activation

  1. Open a merchant account with the gateway (for example, Paymob) and get the integration keys from their dashboard.
  2. Settings → Payment Methods → Online Payment.
  3. Choose the gateway and paste the keys. Keys are stored encrypted.
  4. Test with a small amount from the app.

Customer experience

  1. Wallet → Instant online payment.
  2. The customer chooses the amount and the gateway, and pays via the link or QR.
  3. The gateway notifies us of the payment, and the balance is added automatically.

All transactions appear in the Online Payments Log.
