These terms govern your use of ArenaOS. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.
The service
ArenaOS is a cloud platform for managing gaming centers, including the control panel, the software installed on your center's PCs, and the player app.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping login details safe and for all activity under your and your staff's accounts.
- Information you provide must be accurate.
Subscription and payment
- Subscriptions are charged according to the plan published on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
- After expiry there is a one-day grace period, after which new shifts and sessions cannot be opened until renewal. Your data is kept.
- Payments are non-refundable unless the plan states otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, attempt to access other centers' data, tamper with billing, or disrupt the service.
Customer money
Player balances and payments are between the center and its customers. The platform records them and does not hold these funds.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability; maintenance windows or outages beyond our control may occur. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by downtime.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms after notifying it.
Changes
We may update these terms and will publish the new date at the top of this page.
