Self-service kiosk

Sign-up, top-up and booking without a cashier. · 4 min read

The self-service kiosk runs on a touchscreen or tablet at your entrance. Customers handle their own requests, so your cashier can focus on the floor.

What customers can do

  • See free devices in every group live, and when the next one frees up.
  • Create an account in seconds.
  • Top up with an online gateway: the screen shows a QR code they scan and pay with their phone, and the balance is added once payment is confirmed.
  • Book a device from their balance.
  • Take a queue ticket that appears on the queue display.
  • Join open tournaments.

Setup

  1. In the panel open Tournaments → Venue screens.
  2. Copy the Self-service kiosk link and open it full screen on your device (F11 on a PC, or kiosk mode on a tablet).
  3. To accept online top-ups, enable a payment gateway. Guide

After a minute without a touch, the screen returns home and signs the customer out, so nobody can use someone else's account.
