Payment methods and mobile wallets

Let your customers top up their own balance by transfer: Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, or any wallet. The player transfers and uploads a photo of the receipt, and you approve in one click.

Add a payment method

1. Settings → Payment Methods → Manual Payment Methods.
2. Enter the method name (for example, "Vodafone Cash"), the number or account, and a note for the customer.
3. Repeat for each method you have.

How the customer tops up

1. In the app: Wallet → Manual transfer.
2. They choose the method, transfer the amount, enter the transaction number, and upload a photo of the receipt.
3. The request reaches you in Pending Orders → Recharge Requests.
4. Review the receipt and click Approve. The balance is added and the amount is recorded as revenue in the shift.
