Ranks, coins and rewards

The rank system gives players experience points (XP), a rank, and Coins. Coins are exchanged for rewards you define. The goal: players come back.

Activation

In Settings → Rank, turn on Show rank page to customers. Rank appears in the app and on the player's PC.

How players earn XP

• 1 XP for each unit of currency they top up.
• 10 XP per session.
• Points for their performance in supported games (kills, assists, and wins).

Coins and rewards

1. Coins come from winning games, or you give them to a player from Players → Give Coins.
2. In Rewards, add a reward: name, cost in coins, type, and quantity (-1 = unlimited).
3. Types: balance (added automatically), play minutes, or gift.
4. Minute and gift requests appear in Redemptions. Click Deliver when you hand them over.

Events

In Events, create a tournament or challenge with a title, image, game, prize, and date. Players see it in the app, and the leaderboard shows the top 10.
