Install and link the Receiver

The app that links your floor to the cloud. · 5 min read

The local server (Receiver) is a program you install on one PC in the hall. It opens a secure connection from the hall to the cloud. The cloud can't reach your internal network directly, so the Receiver is the link.

When you need it

Core management and billing run from the cloud. The Receiver is required for features that need local network access:

  • Turning devices on remotely (Wake-on-LAN).
  • Discovering games and updating them with SteamCMD.
  • The Builder and shader sharing.
  • LAN WiFi and MikroTik router integration.
  • Viewing device screens and remote control inside the hall.

Installation

  1. In the dashboard, open Settings and scroll to the Local server (Receiver) card.
  2. Click Download local server, install it on a PC that stays on all day, and run it as administrator.
  3. Enter the owner's username and password. Cashier accounts can't activate the server.
  4. After activation, the server status on the same card shows Online.

The account is bound to one PC. If you change the server PC, contact support so we can unbind it from the old one.

Updates

When a new version is available, it appears in Configuration → Updates → Local server update. Click Approve - update, and the server updates itself within an hour.

Common issues

  • Status "Offline": make sure the program is running, the PC has internet, and the firewall isn't blocking the program.
  • "Account is activated on another device": the account is bound to a different PC. Contact support.
